Etna Convention Bureau is responsible for promotion and marketing of the destination, working as an intermediary between the territory’s supply and demand.  Below the main services that ECB makes available for free:

• prepares and submits customized nominations to Italy and abroad; 

• organizes educational and workshops promoting the encounter between the international demand and the local offer;

• selects structures and services on the basis of quality standards internationally recognised and works closely with Professional Congress Organizer, hotels, restaurants and conference venues, selecting them according to customer requirements;

• organizes specific training and refresher courses for local operators to continuously improve the level of services offered;

• carries out a first control of prices and helps to make the preliminary cost estimate;
• enters into relation with institutions, associations, businesses and local stakeholders and provides support for any requests for funding and sponsors;
• oversees all organisational phases, controls the reception system quality and the performance of suppliers;
• provides assistance for lack or inadequate delivery of tourism services for conferences, meetings or events organized by Etna Convention Bureau.
